Projects 1999 - 2004
The first experience were gathered in years 1999 – 2004, above all in the field of vibration diagnostics of pipeline hydraulic elements (pumps, valve etc.) in the Temelín nuclear power plant.
As to the Temelín NPP secondary circuit, it covered particularly the project for identification measurement of the turbo-feed aggregate of the circuit for feed-water pumping into the steam generator, further operational measurements of the turbo-feed aggregate, its diagnostic analysis and subsequent prediction of defect development and equipment failures.
As to the primary circuit, it covered particularly the project for measurement of abnormal vibrations of accidental after-cooling pipeline system of the Temelín NPP 1st block reactor, its analysis and follow-up determination of causes of self-excited vibrations.
As to other significant projects, we can also mention diagnostics of vibrations of bearing support of the Temelín NPP 1 000 MW turbo-generator or projects for measurements of modal characteristics of operational equipment, or development of the DTP (diagnostic testing program) software.
